These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website luxuryinseason.com, our associated social media accounts on Facebook and Instagram, and any related services (collectively, the “Platform”). The Platform is operated by Luxury in Season (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

LuxuryInSeason is a curated fashion discovery platform that organizes designer clothing and accessories by color season. 7. Social Media Interactions

LuxuryInSeason maintains a presence on Facebook and Instagram. When you interact with our content on these platforms (liking, commenting, sharing, sending direct messages), the following applies:

Your interactions on Facebook and Instagram are also governed by Meta’s Terms of Service
We may repost, share, or feature your public comments or interactions with our content in our marketing materials, on the Platform, or on our social media accounts
We reserve the right to delete comments or block users who post spam, offensive content, abusive language, or content that violates Meta’s community standards
Direct messages sent to our business accounts are treated as private communications and will not be shared publicly without your consent

8. Color Season Information

LuxuryInSeason categorizes fashion items by color season (Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter) as a styling guide and editorial perspective. These categorizations represent our editorial opinion and are intended to help you discover items that complement your personal color palette.

Color season categorizations are subjective and based on our editorial judgment
We do not guarantee that any product will complement your specific skin tone, hair color, or personal coloring
Color season information is provided for entertainment and informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional color analysis or personal styling advice

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

14.2 Dispute Resolution

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If we cannot resolve the dispute informally within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall be conducted in Palm Beach County, Florida.

14.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than in arbitration, you waive any right to a jury trial.

14.4 Exceptions

Nothing in this section shall prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for claims related to intellectual property infringement or unauthorized access to the Platform.

15. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms. Upon termination:

Your right to use the Platform will immediately cease
Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification, and limitations of liability
